Your time is valuable, and so is ours. To ensure the smooth operation of our clinic and fairness to all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellations

• Minimum 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service.

No-Shows

• Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Card on File Required

• A valid credit card is required when booking online to secure your appointment. Charges will only apply in case of late cancellations or no-shows as outlined above.

Late Arrivals

• Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to avoid delays for the next client. Full charges will still apply.

In special circumstances, such as emergencies, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions or need to process a cancellation, please contact us. Thank you for your understanding; we look forward to serving you!
