We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, so we kindly ask for as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling.

Cancellations

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service.

Illness and Unexpected Circumstances

Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell. If illness or an unexpected situation occurs, contact us as soon as possible.

As a one-time courtesy, we may waive the late-cancellation fee for your first short-notice cancellation when notice is provided before the appointment. Future late cancellations may be charged according to our policy. This courtesy does not apply to missed appointments without notice.

Missed Appointments

Appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the booked service.

Card on File

A valid credit card is required to secure online bookings. Your card will only be charged when applicable under our late-cancellation or missed-appointment policy.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide the most complete treatment possible. However, your session may need to end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying the next client, and the full service fee will still apply.
